WellTab is being provided as a Free Service to Patients and their families. All users of WellTab consent that they have received consent from the Patient or their Guardian for use of the WellTab device.

The services (including tablet, accessories and applications) are provided “as is”, without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, WellTab explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement.

WellTab makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. WellTab makes no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services, or information obtained or associated with WellTab.

WellTab makes no representations or warranties about its Tablets, the information, tools or Applications.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from WellTab or through its Website, Services, Volunteers or Employees will create any warranty not expressly made herein or create any liability on the part of WellTab.

The Tablet, Apps, content, user content and services are for consumer use only. WellTab should not be considered, or used as a substitute for Supervision. Furthermore, the user acknowledges that there is no Uptime Guarantee with the user of WellTab, and patients shall at all times have a family member or medical professional with the patient.  WellTab services may be disrupted or discontinued at any time with or without notice. WellTab User may NOT use the welltab device for any diagnostic use.

Additionally, no warranty is being made with privacy and or HIPAA laws. Users and Patients are required at all times to follow all Federal, State and local laws and regulations, as well as Hospital and Medical Policies and Procedures.
